Road No.7, Green Park Colony, Karmanghat , Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Here by solemnly affirm
and state as follows:-
1. My Son, Mr. DARGULA AKSHITH REDDY is intending to go for Masters at your esteemed
university in USA.
2. I also confirm that my Son will meet all the liabilities that may be incurred in connection there to
and he will not be a Public Charge to USA.

3. That the family has ample financial resources to provide necessary funds for the education and
living of My Son at your university till the completion of his studies.
4. That My Son intends to return back to India upon the completion of his studies in USA.
