(Interim Guidelines for Assessment and Grading In Light of the Basic
Education Learning Continuity Plan)

1. To ensure the proper implementation of the Interim Guidelines for Assessment and Grading in
Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan per DepED Order No. 31, s. 2020, the Division
of City of San Fernando will conduct Online Orientations on the said guidelines.
2. The participants to this activity are the subject leaders/coordinators in the different
learning areas, Senior High School Teachers, Public Schools District Supervisors and
school heads.
3. The participants are required to watch the video presentation on DepEd Order No. 31
and the contextualized implementing guidelines prior to the scheduled orientation via
zoom.
4.The subject coordinators with the help of the LAC leaders shall conduct LAC sessions to
cascade the orientation at the school level.
5. Below is the schedule of the activity.
