Content of Presentation

1.0 Company Introduction

- State your company name and registration number

- State your brand name
- State the business industry your company is operating in such as F&B, Automobile,
Healthcare, etc.
- State the business address of your company
- State the amount of total existing outlets, as well as the locations of all outlets.
o (Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Sarawak, etc.)

Note: If more than 3 outlets, kindly include an attachment of all outlet details
including franchisee outlets.

2.0 Objective

- What type of assistance your company requires from PNS and why?

- State whether your brand name, logo, tagline, etc. is registered with MyIPO
- State whether your business has obtained HALAL approval from JAKIM
