The basic idea behind quality science is that quality control can
be designed every procedure, every action, every step of every
process that occurs in an organization

There are seven tools that can be used to
improve quality

These seven tools are basic to quality


science. By using these seven basic
tools, people can successfully establish
quality improvement processes in an
educational system.
THE FIRST TOOL
