 You can learn more if you are in a relaxed (THETA) State.

Information fatigue syndrome


= you cannot enjoy what you are learning because you lose focus and is too distracted.

As your body moves, you will develop more muscles that will help you create more stimulus to quickly
learn.

All behavior is belief-driven .
Example: There’s no such thing as a good or bad memory., there;s just a trained memory and
untrained memory.”

“Your brain is like a self-computer, and your self-talk is a program it will run.”
-So if you tell yourself you’re not good at remembering names, you will not remember the name of
the next person you will meet because you program yourself not to remember it.

1. If you fight for your limitations, you will keep them.

“Stand guard your mind because your mind is eavesdropping to your own self-talk.”

PROBLEMS:
A. Digital overload
B. Digital distraction
C. Digital dementia(outsourcing our brain because we are too reliant on our smart phones )

The worst habit you can do every morning is “touching your phone first thing in the morning”.

Different states:

THETA- state of creativity


Alpha state: state in middle of theta and beta. They are meditating. Great state to learn facts and
foreign languages. Info just keep flowing in.
Beta - awake state

E -xercise
As your body moves, your brain grooves.

F - orget
“Your mind is like a parachute, it only works when it is open”
A - ctive
- engage in the activity. It is not a spectator sport.

(I recommend that you should always learn by teaching it to somebody else)
