    Staff/Finance Assistant of Prince of Peace College, Inc. effective on April 17, 2020 from
    today’s date.

    After 8 years of dedication to serve in your institution, I have decided that it is time for
    me to move on and try to look new opportunities elsewhere. Also, by time of
    suspension, I will not be able to support my family’s essential needs.

    Thank you for the opportunities you have provided me during my time with the
    department. I will stay grateful for that. I would like to take this opportunity also to
    express my sincerest apology to whatever I committed wrong towards the
    administration and the institution.

    Please let me know what assistance you will require from me during the transfer period.
