Dear Sage Jensen,

I would like to thank you for allowing me to interview you on such a raw subject and for

you being willing to share that vulnerabile side of you. I would also like to take this opportunity

to thank you for setting aside the time to talk with me over zoom. I understand that with a busy

schedule sometimes it is challenging to be able to find time to do other things. I appreciate you

being willing to let me share your story.

I really enjoyed getting to know more about your past and perspective as the one dealing

with these disorders. I appreciate you being open and willing to go into detail about how it has

impacted your life. I personally enjoyed when you said “I am not perfect, I struggle with my

mental health but I am on the road to recovery and that is all that matters.” I admire this because

it shows acceptance in the fact that no one is perfect. It also shows that you are willing to do

what it takes to get better when sometimes asking for help is the hardest part.

Again I’d like to express my gratitude, I could not have asked for a better interviewee.

For being so open and real in sharing such a personal experience. And also for taking the time

and energy to do the interview.

Sincerely,

Ellie Deifel
