Observed and interviewed patients with dietary issues, analyze menus and standardize
recipes. Educated patients on specific diets as part of their treatment intervention (GI soft diet,
Sodium controlled diet, Mediterranean diet, DASH diet, Lowering cholesterol, Food safety
guidelines, Oral rehydration). Charted in medical records (Epic).
