Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fabian,

Greetings of Peace!

The services of our law firm have been engaged by Mr. Ceferino M. Fernando Jr. relative to your
occupancy on his property.

We have been informed by our client Mr. Fernando that the latter merely tolerated your
occupancy in the house and lot where you are presently residing due to the fact that you are
blood relatives. It can be recalled that at the time our client allowed you to stay therein, you were
specifically prohibited from leasing the property of our client to another.

Just recently, it has come to the knowledge and attention of our client Mr. Fernando that you are
leasing his property without his consent. Upon discovering such fact, Mr. Fernando made several
verbal demands to end the lease you have contracted with the stranger-occupant, but these
demands fell on deaf ears.

In view of the foregoing statements, a FORMAL DEMAND TO VACATE the property owned
by our client is being made upon you and the stranger-occupant within Thirty (30) calendar days
from receipt of this demand letter. Otherwise, we will be constrained to exhaust all remedies
available under our laws, including, but not limited to, the filing of the proper civil and/or
criminal case against you.

Please give this letter your most preferential attention to avoid the tedious process of litigation.
