I’ve gotten to know Gianna quite well over the past years. She has shown herself to be a determined and capable young woman. She can hook a class easily and convey her content meaningfully with ease and grace Gianna is a very intelligent young lady who understands how to maintain and stay the course until a task is complete. She has a unique appreciation for learning from mistakes and is not afraid to try new things knowing that these experiences will only strengthen her asa teacher. Gianna handled the stradeled COVID remote teaching she was thrust into this school year with grit and determination. She struggled but came out in the end stronger and more prepared as a future educator. Ihave been honored to know Giannain both an instructional and a personal capacity. In an instructional setting, | have seen how insightful her responses are. She has insights into word choices and unique ideas on planning that truly set her apart. In a personal capacity she is someone | would inherently trust (and have) with my own children and truly consider her not only a student but an extended member of my own family.
