Diplex filters achieve significant savings for operators

as they enable several systems and frequency bands to
share antenna or use feeder sharing.

Diplex Filter Design

The Diplex filter B2/B25+B66/B30 is designed according

to Ericsson Radio System concept. It allows combination
and separation of the signals in B2 and B66, or B2 and
B30 frequency bands. The B2 port fully covers the B25
frequency band as well.

Excellent isolation ensures system integrity between the

co-sited systems. The filter is designed for high reliability
and continuous operation in an outdoor environment.

The Diplexer has “DC pass all”, that supports DC + AISG

signaling through the Diplexer to the feeder line, when
TMA and/or RET are used.

Double (4-2)
The “4-2” has 2 ports for B2/B25 and 2 ports for B66/
B30, combined into 2 COM ports.

System Integration

This Ericsson diplex filter has been system verified

together with Ericsson RBSs to ensure high system
performance. Power, AISG-control, and supervision has
also been verified with Ericsson RBSs.
