The dimension listed in the following table is that of the subrack without
mounting lug and Ply-yarn drill.
1.2 Subrack
Table 2 lists the technical data of 7090-92 M subrack. The subrack can be
mounted in the cabinet with 300mm depth, and all connections to the 7090-92
M are front-facing.

2.4 XCTPS
XCTPS is the control/ PSU board, and it consists of control module, switching
module, clock module, and PSU module. XCTPS supports 1+1 card
redundancy.
XCTPS-A and XCTP-B are known as XCTPS.
The difference between XCTPS-A and XCTPS-B is that the load impedance of
E1 interfaces in XCTPS -A is 75Ω and 120Ω in XCTPS -B.
XCTPS is the core of 7090-92 M equipment and it supports the following
functions:
Forwarding and scheduling functions: SWITCH FABRIC architecture
supports 92G non-blocking wire-speed forwarding, provides 32 E1
simulation.
Supports temperature check and temperature alarm.
Provides check by Inventory.
Supports push in/ out online.
Supports hardware/ software reset.
Supports PSU hot-standby.
Supports automatically saving system configuration data to flash drive.
The front panel of XCTPS board is shown in Figure 3. Table 9 illustrates the
front panel descriptions of XCTPS board.

2.8 FAN
7090-92 M fan unit consists of the control board, fan and fan panel, and
supports the following functions:
DC-48V Power Supply
Monitor the running of fan
Monitor the temperature and control command and adjust the speed of fan
to extend the service life of fan by noise reduction and energy saving.
Send alarm to system control board.
Fan unit is for cooling the temperature of the equipment. There is PWM
smart speed control, based on different temperature, the speed
automatically changes. If one fan failed working, it won’t affect others.
The front panel shows the operating status of the fan unit by its indicator.
The Fan Unit of 7090-92 M can be classified into the following functional units:
