QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL

Quality control started from reception, processing, grading, packing and dispatch. To mark the
continuity of quality control, the certification must be given to the industry. It must have the approvement
of COA certification of analysis and the confirmation of the third party before packed and release to the
customer. For example, the certification of the ISO 9001:2000 and quality management standard in 2003
by Lyords register Quality Assurance incorporated received in 2001 were be given to Syarikat Tenaga
(Gemas) Sdn Bhd.
