after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the complainant in Criminal Case No. 1 of the Metropolitan

Trial Court of Manila, Branch 1, for Slight Physical Injuries;
2. That, after listening to the explanation of the accused, I am
convinced that he acted unintentionally and without malicious intent;
3. That I am no longer interested in the prosecution of the said case,
and I am hereby desisting from the same.

Further, affiant sayeth naught.
