5.5. Unit start-stop and interlock

After the unit is installed and debugging is completed, customer can supply power to the unit and
if the unit is power on for the first time, supply power to the unit for more than 6 hours before
turn on the unit.
When the unit is power on, look at the HIM to check if there are any alarms. Before turn on the
unit, exclude the alarms completely. Additional observation is to check if the setting parameters
are missing and if loading default parameters is needed. If it is needed, please enter
corresponding menu to set the parameters.
After the above work is finished, enter the main menu and turn on the unit.
The unit’s normal start-stop is affected by the following signal:
1.Use "ON/OFF" key to set the unit to RUN state from homepage.
2.Remote switch I0.3 is closed in case of using remote switch.
3. Real time is in start time zone (timing menu) or no timing.
After the above conditions meet, unit begins operating. On the other hand, the unit stops
running.
