Code. Reporter Number which is based on draw lots. Report number whether your first or
second report.
2. Rating sheet should be submitted to both my 1) email account
(norberto_galiza@yahoo.com) and 2) my personal messenger account (Norbert Soriano
Galiza) after the reporting with the following filename;
 Ex: Gina on Gino (Gina is the rater and Gino is the reporter).

3. Compute for the sub-mean and overall mean with the following formula;

For sub-mean on Written report: Total rating divided by 11 (number of items).

For sub-mean on the reporter and his presentation: Total rating divided by 6.

For overall mean: Sub-mean on Written Report + Sub-mean on The Reporter and His
presentation divided by two.
