Case Study

The case study is a story of a dedicated woman with a burning passion for educating young
minds. Her passion and dedication to the profession led her to put up her own school, she wanted to
name it along with a saint, but SEC denied their paper since other schools had used all the names of
famous saints. But it was providential, as she put it, to adopt the name of Mother Elizabeth Ann Seton,
an American nun who was about to be canonized in Rome. The school's name would connote a sound
Catholic education and project an image of character strength, spiritual growth, and humanitarian
sentiments. And her journey starts when the SEC finally approved the registration papers of the school.

It was a difficult start since she has to adjust to all the situations. They even got a problem with
the first locations due to the failure to settle the maturing obligations. It doesn't stop her goals, so she
parted with the property and find a new site. To cut it short, in every problem she encounters, she
always believes that there are solutions for these. At her young age, she was able to face all the
challenges that strike them. That only shows that she is not only an effective teacher but also an
administrator. She exerted a lot of effort for the school to survive. Her story reflects a great and
dedicated leader that a teacher or a school leader must look unto.
