1. Imagine yourself being the CEO of the PULP group. Based on your knowledge of the magazine
industry, do you believe that you can make the magazine profitable by its own right? what
strategies would you propose to make this happen?
I believe that I can make the magazine profitable by following the strategies I propose to
make that happen. We all know that nowadays social media is used by individuals and
businesses as marketing strategy, so the first target strategy that I’m proposing is to
collaborating with the local influential person on social media such as YOUTUBE,
INSTAGRAM and etc. the second strategy is I will relate the content of my magazine to the
trend nowadays so that they will find it interesting.

2. From the perspective of the magazine, what are the most strategic resources that the company has
that can be leveraged to boost its circulation and increase ad buys?
