HSSE POLICY STATEMENT

RPM Technical LTD Trinidad management believes that all workplace injuries and illnesses and
environmental incidents are preventable. Our goal is to protect the Health of our workers, save lives,
prevent injuries and protect the Environment through promotion of participation throughout all levels of
RPM Technical LTD in the development and implementation of safety/ health, quality and risk
management programs and processes.

We will continue to be dedicated to improving the quality of our efforts through employer commitment
and meaningful employee participation in HSSE.

We believe that our HSSE programs are best managed by ensuring that all activities are properly planned,
implemented and operated safely, are periodically checked so that corrective action can be put in place
where necessary, receive periodic management review to ensure compliance with this policy and to
ensure continuous improvement of our HSSE control programs. To meet these commitments, we have
developed and implemented effective health, safety security and environmental management systems to:

 Conduct business in compliance with all applicable health, safety, security and environmental
laws, regulations and permits.
 Make the health, safety and security of our employees, our community and the environment a
priority in our planning and decision making process.
 Conduct risk assessments, identify and control or eliminate hazards.
 Investigate all incidents to uncover root causes, provide corrective action and prevent recurrence.
 Communicate to all employees that they have the authority and the responsibility to stop work
they believe to be unsafe and have no fear of negative repercussions.
 Provide employee training to minimize exposure to hazards and hazardous substances, provide
employee well being and protect the environment and community in which we operate.
 Recognize and reward safe employee behaviors.
 Provide required discipline for repeat unsafe behaviors.
 Provide employees with the personal protective equipment necessary to protect against hazards.
 Provide the necessary security systems to provide employees with a safe workplace and to
adequately secure the companies equipment and property.
 Promote pollution prevention and environmental conservation to minimize the environmental
impact of our operations.
 Communicate the HSSE policy to our employees and contractors
 Track HSSE performance to achieve continuous improvement.
