Red fruits and vegetables are beneficial to the heart. There are many delicious choices in
this group. Have an apple with lunch. Have a red pepper for a snack. Slice some tomatoes and put
them on your sandwich. Have strawberries for dessert after dinner. When you eat red, your heart
keeps the beat.
Orange and yellow fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C. Vitamin C helps the body
