Terms & Conditions

(i) We would request you to pay us 100% of all the charges in advance along with your order In Cash/Cheque /D.Draft.
(ii) The Carrier on their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident, pilferage, fire, rain, collision, any
other road
or river hazard, we therefore recommend that goods should be booked under carrier risk. No individual policy/receipt from
insurance co. will be given. But

(iii) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE QUOTATION has been prepared keeping in view, our basic standards of packing with the
best
packing material, as the type of packing will be fit to our description.
(iv) PAYMENT IN FAVOUR OF M/S AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS LTD. (v) Electrician & Carpenter By Yourself if not
charged.
(vi) Packing Material are the property of Agarwal Packers & Movers and it will be taken back same day after
Unloading. Otherwise rent for additional day will be charged Rs. 05-00 per item per day.
(vii) Other Terms & conditions are applicable as mentioned in Goods Consignment Note. (viii) “Comprehensive risk” is must for
car transportation.
(ix) Above given surcharges are included Road Tax, Toll Tax, & Goods Tax.
(x) M/S Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays of consignment delivery beyond its control like
Natural Calamities, Political Or general strikes, accidents, Government interventions and priorities and other such delays
beyond its control.
(xi) Rates will be charged extra if number of items will be more than the discussed over telephone / online declaration.
