 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) All payments should be made in favour of M/s A R M o v e r s

2) Please pay us 100% of all the charges in advance along with your order in NEFT/ RTGS /ONLINE/
CREDIT CARD / DEBIT CARD /DRAFT
3) *Transit time :(a) For household transportation 300 kms/day (exclusive of pickup & delivery day) (b) For
car transportation 200 kms/ day (excluding pickup & delivery day)
4) The Carrier or their agent shall be exempted from any loss or damage through accident, pilferage, fire,
Rain Flood, collision, any other road or river hazards or any natural calamity. The customer advised to
book the goods under carrier risk. No individual policy / receipt from insurance Co. will be given.
5) Only about 12 Liters. Petro/Diesel should be available in the car at booking time (in case of excess fuel,
it must be drained out for the safety purpose.) Vehicle may be run up to the ramp point & ramp to the
party door.
6) The above quotation has been prepared keeping in view our presently basic rates of packing
materials and Transportation. Avail in the market. The final rates may vary.

7) The Cardboard box, Fabric Sheet & Corrugated Sheets are the property of M/S AR Movers.
After unloading, these must be taken back or equivalent cost of materials will be recovered from client.

8) Comprehensive risk’ is mandatory for any vehicle (Car, Motorcycle etc.) directly by any Insurance Company.

9) The above given surplus Charges are inclusive of enrooting expenses toll etc.as avail in market.

10) M/s AR Movers Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays of consignment delivery beyond its
control, like natural calamities, political or general strikes, accidents, Govt. interventions and policies or
any other such delays. The Transit periods given above in the note are indicative only.

11) Extra rates will be charged if the numbers of items are more than discussed over telephone / WhatsApp*

12) Waiting time (including loading and unloading) at the time of delivery and drop-off of goods shall not
exceed 2 hours. In case of delay beyond 2 hours, we are authorized to charge extra per hour to cover
labor and other charges.

13) This quotation is valid for seven days only, and this is an estimate based on the information provided.
The final charges may vary.

TRANSIT RISK COVERAGE

Besides our best efforts, damages may happen to the consignment due to the geographical terrain of the
country. So we always try to elaborate our clients on the risk coverage booking of APML and recommend
them to pay risk coverage cheque for their consignment.

 Transit risk coverage is arranged for HHG @ 3 %and for CAR@ 1.50 %of all total declared value.

 QUOTATION EXCLUSIONS
 Any professional third party services such as electrician/plumber/carpenter, multiple pick-ups/deliveries,
storage related costs in transit, vehicle/labour detention and overtime beyond normal working hours, working
on Sundays, public holidays, staggered origin/destination services, handling of items which cannot be handled
through a normal door/staircase/elevator, society/landlord permission and fees, if applicable, any force
majeure situation.
 Mandatory Labour Union charges which are applicable at Mumbai or any other location will be billed as actual
or can be paid to the labour Union directly.
 Any fees/permissions required to extend AR MOVERS services at customer’s location like society tax, society
permission, and society parking fees etc. will be borne by client.

RESTRICTED ITEMS

 We do not accept to move perishable goods, jewelry, Arms & Ammunitions, Hazardous material like
crackers, explosives, chemicals, filled gas cylinder, Battery Acids, and inflammable Oils; such as Diesel,
Petrol, Kerosene, Gasoline, Narcotics & Counter brand items.

TO BE DONE BY CLIENT BEFORE PACKING

 Client must keep all their oil containers in sealed condition to avoid spoilage due to oil leak.( Only eatable oil
and inflammatory in nature will be considered for transportation.)
 Refrigerator must be defrosted 24 hours prior to the packing to avoid water seepage.
 All batteries must be drained of their acids and should be empty before loading.
 Gas cylinders must be kept empty before packing date.
 All items that require dismantling and assembling should be done before the packing date by client, if these
services are not taken from AR movers.
DOCUMENT CHECKLIST
 2 passport size photographs, In case of Households movement along with Car then 4 passport Size
Photographs are required.
 ID Proof: Passport, Adhar Card, Voter ID.
 PAN Card Details.
 GST Details and Work Order (In case of Movement, where payment is to be made by company directly to AR
movers.)
 Vehicle documents in case of Car or Bike movement (Registration Book, Tax Book, PUC Certificate, Insurance
copy.)
 Declaration Letter.
