Customer came to live chat from MSISDN 8801766116288 at 8:47 PM


of 9th April’21 and shared that he had lost two of his numbers which he
wanted to bar temporarily where the agent (genex.nabil.p) had served.
One was MSISDN 8801711207108 (Prepaid) and another was MSISDN
8801713138211 (Postpaid). For both of the mentioned MSISDNs, it was
mentioned not bar the connection without customer’s presence in the
special note of CIMs. However, due to knowledge gap and hurriedness
in service, the agent could not identify this and attempted to bar both
of the numbers where one got barred instantly (MSISDN
8801766116288) and another was not (MSISDN 8801713138211). The
agent (genex.nabil.p) had also raised a complaint on MSISDN
8801713138211 for not getting the connection barred successfully.
Therefore, we have found the complaint as VALID.
Due to knowledge gap on this specific issue and since he was handling
multiple chat at the same time on that moment, the agent
(genex.nabil.p) could not identify the special note and made attempt to
bar the connections. However, we have issued a written warning to the
agent and created floor awareness with highest priority so that such
mistake does not repeat in future.
