Exercise

Answer the questions. Pay attention to the verb forms in the result clauses.

Make question sentences.

Exercise

Put the verb in the correct form.

Read the situation and write a sentence using if.

Example: She didn’t eat anything because she didn’t feel hungry.

If she had felt hungry, she would have eaten something.

Make your own sentences using Wish based on facts you have.

1. I wish we had a bigger house.

2. I wish I hadn’t spent so much money last month.

3. I wish I had worked harder when I was at school.

4. I wish I had make parents happy.

5. I wish I had always better than yesterday.

Look at each situation and decide if it describes a past or a present situation. Then write a sentence using "wish".
