Course Rationale:
Detailed understanding of various types of Enterprise Architecture, requirements to be met, design of
the Structure, performance parameters to be monitored, Re-engineering and continuous improvement
of Architectural Standards & Norms.
Conceptual learning supported by Practical case studies.
Demos & Discussions as well as Hands-on working on Architectural Modelling Standards & Tools.

Course Objectives:
1. To learn how a typical Enterprise Architecture is modeled, designed and managed.
2. At the end of the course, students would be able to understand the requirements of an Enterprise
Architecture, identify the elements that build the Enterprise Structure, set performance parameters
for monitoring its operation and ensure ideal Governance Standards.
