Mr. Todd Tramonte

Conversion Monster Real Estate
500 Seneca Street, Suite 302
Buffalo, New York 14204

Dear Mr. Tramonte,

I am writing to you, responding to your job advertisement on indeed.com, posted on February 4th. I
would deeply appreciate being considered for the Real Estate Assistant position. I believe my
experience in my rigorous courses as an early college high school student and my experience in
customer service makes me qualified for this position.

As a student at a rigorous early college high school, I will graduate high school with my Associates
degree, so I know how to manage my time and adjust to handling numerous tasks that are fast
moving. I was enrolled in a Business and Professional Communications class that helped me
improve these skills and I took a Business Computer Information System class which taught more in
depth about computer programs such as Excel, Office, and Outlook. I also managed to get in more
than one hundred hours of community service in partnership with various organizations, along with
my rigorous school schedule.

With my year and a half of experience of working at Uptown Cheapskate, I was able to learn about
customer service and hone down my communication skills and work in a fast paced environment.
Everyday had a different set of tasks, and as a small business, we focused on building strong
relationships with every customer, ensuring each one had a good experience and would desire to
come back.

The combination of my experience in my demanding school schedule and my year and a half
experience in customer service makes me well suited for the Real Estate Assistant position. For
more in depth information, please see my enclosed resume. Could I please meet with you at your
earliest convenience to discuss my qualifications for this position. Please email me at
email@gmail.com or leave a message at (123) 456-7899. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours sincerely,

Jaya Abito
