Communication Protocol for Students

Dear Students,

We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy in this odd time of the pandemic. Since lockdown, all the
teaching sessions are being delivered through the online mode and all the communication with the University has
been continued through digital mode via email, CUIMS or telephonically. We are serving you the best we can in this
pandemic situation. We feel that the role of effective and appropriate communication is more significant these days
in order to have a prompt resolution of the queries.

It has been observed that many students are sending emails or messages directly to the higher authorities or non-
relevant offices for student services related to attendance, examination, fee, etc.

All the students are advised to send the emails to the Student Care Team only and do not keep other authorities in
the loop, to avoid any duplication and confusion.

Kindly follow the below-mentioned email so that prompt action can be taken on the requests or concerns shared
by the students.

All student-related issues will be considered through two email ids only

All Student issues and services (except hostel issues) studentcare@cumail.in

All Hostel related services issues hostelcare@cumail.in

Students are also advised to call at Student helpline 1800-257-1800 for student related issues.

If a student does not get a reply within 24 hours, he/she may escalate their request to dsw@cumail.in

It is advised NOT to keep the higher authorities in the loop unnecessarily in every email/small issues.
