- Keep team members informed;
- Focus on what is best for the team as a whole.
Participation: We will:
- Be honest and open during all team activities;
- Encourage diversity in team work;
- Provide equal participation;
- Be open to new approaches and ideas;
- Proactively communicate if there is any problem / issue with each member.
Communication: We will:
- Use email and Google docs to facilitate communicating;
- Face-to-face discussion for important issues / problems;
- Be clear and straight to main topics;
- Keep discussions on track.
Problem Solving: We will:
- Encourage everyone to participate;
- Be open to different ideas and only use constructive criticism;
- Seek expert advice as needed.
Meeting Guidelines: We will:
- Plan to have a meeting at least once a week;
- Come prepared for discussions;
- Hold online meetings as needed.
