Cover Letter
Dear Mrs. Wibble,

Hi my name is Jada, and I’m interested in the Team Leader position at Microsoft. As a leader I find it

very effective to establish a rapport with your team members. Whenever I'm working with a number of

people I like to encourage my team to step up and engage in the activity. To me acting as the guide can

help lead people to the answer. Whenever I work with the board in my Student Council organization, I

constantly rotate around every board/general member to make sure they're all doing well. I like to give

words of encouragement to those who are trying their hardest, and congratulate my teammates on

accomplishments, and sometimes reward them with incentives at certain points.

I would be an amazing fit for this position because I've worked hard to obtain various leadership roles in

the past. I know how to work with others diligently and efficiently to achieve goals. I can make cost-

efficient decisions based on results, in terms of adding to the team or taking away from the team. As a

Leader in Training, I have received 2 summer's worth of experience from my seniors learning how to

become a Summer Camp Counselor in the future. In this line of work I was responsible for watching as

well as interacting with kids ages 5-13. This requires patience and a good attitude. From this experience I

have obtained excellent communication skills, responsibility and I know how to be a real team player.
