1. For me the three most important Principle of Good Organization
Principle of Objective
Simplicity, and
Centralization of Authority and Responsibility

2. My top 5 Key Concepts of Project Management:


 Ensure that one person, and only one person is responsible for the project.
Doing a project needs a leader to guide and lead them so that the project will be successful
and ensures the project will be completed on time
 Establish a work breakdown structure that divided the project into definable and
measurable units of work
Work breakdown structure is important in doing a project in order to have a well-organized
working schedules and work will be divided into easy tasks.
 Build the project staff into an effective team that works together as a unit.
Staffs needs to build a good relationship to their workers or members in order to have a
good enclosures and unity in work.
 Establish a project organizational chart that shows authority for all the members.
Workers or members of the project needs to see the organization chart so that they will
know who their superiors in the project.
 Get problems out in the open .with all persons involved so they can be resolved.
Problems in a work needs to be solved immediately so that it will not ruin all the plans and
all members must know about the problem so that they were aware of it.

3. We use Project Management so that people working in the project will be well-coordinated,
money would be properly budgeted, and project would be well managed. If the project are
properly-organized by the use of a good project managing idealism it will be finished on time,
have a good quality and the result would be a successful project.

4. The five basic functions of management are:


planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.
Planning is formulating different task or activities to guide workers what they will do
and to finish the project on time.
Organizing is breaking down all the task and arranging them into a manageable work. It
is the arrangement of resources to fit the project plan.
Staffing is the selecting of peoples who have knowledge to produce a project. In
producing a project we need peoples who have expertise in the project.
Directing the people on the project staff that provide technical expertise must be
developed into an effective team. The work that is provided by each must be directed
in a common effort and direction.
Controlling is the establishment of a system to measure, report the forecast deviations
in the project scope, budget and schedule.
