WHEREAS, in accordance with section 2 (a) of the SK Reform Act 2015; ten percent of the

appropriate the SK fund in lump-sum, which shall be solely for

youth development and empowerment purposes. Furthermore, sec. 20 (b) of the
same law provided shall have financial independence in its operations,
disbursements, and encashment of fund, income and expenditures. On the other
hand, sec 20 (c) of the same law states that all SK fund shall be allocated annual
budget, and of the fund allows, in a supplement budget in accordance with the
adopted ABYIP;
WHERE AS, the SK Chairperson with the assistance of the SK Treasurer shall prepare the
annual budget consisting the following; (1) estimate of income and expenditure
program;
WHEREAS, the proposed annual budget is in the amount of One Million Eighty-Nine
Thousand Six Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P1,089,006.50) equivalent to a
minimum of 10% of the total income of Barangay Rosario for 2020 Budget year.
WHEREAS, on October 14, 2019, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Rosario, Santiago
City conducted a regular session presented the SK annual budget for the year
2020
WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Katrina S. Abiog and duly seconded by the body, be it.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to attach herewith the Sangguniang Kabataan annual budget for the year
2020;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to let copies of this resolution be furnished the city local government
operations officer (CLGOO), SK Federation President, Local Youth
Development Officer (LYDO), Department of Interior and Local Government
(DILG), the Sangguniang Kabataan Council and the Punong Barangay.
