2. How will you secure the future of our Philippine Industries?

 If we as Filipino will patronize our own goods, the Filipino


made. It can help not just those different sector of our
industry but it can also help the economy of the Philippines.

3. What is the influence of China or Southeast Asia Countries in the


Philippine Economy?

 They brought porcelain and silk, in exchange for beeswax,

the beginning of a major influence and contribution within
the Filipino culture. One major influence that
the Chinese contributed within the culture was culinary arts.

5. Is Industrialization good for the economy?

 Yes, industrialization have a good effect to our economy as


our fellow Filipinos, because it opens a lot of opportunities to
all unemployed people in the country, the problem of our
country will lessen and the economy will rise.

6. How does an increase in the tax rate on income from capital


affect economic growth? Give examples.
 By influencing incentives, taxes can affect both supply and
demand factors. Reducing marginal tax rates on wages and
salaries, for example, can induce people to work more.
Expanding the earned income tax credit can bring more
low-skilled workers into the labor force. Lower marginal tax
rates on the returns to assets (such as interest, dividends, and
capital gains) can encourage saving. Reducing marginal tax
rates on business income can cause some companies to
invest domestically rather than abroad. Tax breaks for
research can encourage the creation of new ideas that spill
over to help the broader economy. And so on.

7. What are the most important characteristics that might have a


cause and relationship in explaining the show pace of economic
development of low income countries.

8. How is our population now and then?
 Obviously, the population of the Philippines nowadays
become bigger and bigger. And if we take look of these
people living in slums then maybe you can say that having
too much children isn't a good idea.
9. Who is the largest cities in the Philippines?
 Quezon City is the largest city in the Philippines with a total
population of 2.9 million people. The second largest city is
the capital of Manila, which has a population of 1.7 million.
10. What will be the biggest challenge in future urban disaster
response and management?
 Well, for me the biggest challenge of future urban disaster
response and management is that Climatic changes and
rapid population growth are the most challenging factors.
climate change is an inevitable whereas population growth
create complicated issues is a cross-sectoral issue.
11. Is population a problem? Why? Why not?

 It is a problem, most especially if the Parents doesn’t have


decent job with enough salary to sustain the family. As we
know, Over population can be bad to us, no more personal
space for everyone, loud and unclear atmosphere.
12. Why is there poverty in our country?

 One of the reason why most of the Filipinos are experiencing


poverty is it because most of us are lazy, lazy to find a
proper job, lazy to go to school ,finish their study so that they
can be whoever they want. Unemployment, a Filipino who
doesn’t have a job is poor, but a Filipino who doesn’t have
any dreams is the poorest.
