How is Spoliarium related to Philippine history?

- Spoliarium was a form of painting that appealed to the Filipinos' patriotic
needs, and on which Rizal and others projected a nationalistic symbolism
that inspired the Filipinos to rise up against their Spanish colonizers'
political oppression.

about this aspect of the everyday ,considering socio-
cultural conditions of the period?

- This painting illustrates a mother and her child living a peaceful life and
teaching her child to know how to read. And I found out that mother is
always at home caring for her children.
