INTRODUCTION
Collaborative work is a process in which an individual learns more than he would learn on his
own, as a result of the interaction of the members of a team, who know how to differentiate and
contrast their points of view, in such a way that they generate a knowledge construction process.

My concept versus the ethics of an advertisement

Once you have gone through the material of activity 1, which includes exercises related to
paragraph structure, linkers, punctuation, coherence and unity, and the structure and
characteristics of an opinion essay, write a 4-paragraph opinion essay answering if you agree or
disagree with the following statement:
“Some of the methods used in advertising are unethical and unacceptable in today’s society”.
Try not to exceed 70 words per paragraph and make sure you keep in mind the examples
mentioned.

My concept versus the ethics of an advertisement

Regarding the visual content, I think that the images are not adequate, since the information for
the product offered by the campaign is very saturated. They are not the most suitable images,
they are full of many mixed colors and they go by too fast that in the end the objective oil of the
commercial is not understood.

The sound used for this product is not suitable as it does not match the type of audience to which
you want to offer your product, the music is too loud and it does not allow you to clearly
understand the words they are saying.

The images shown in the commercial are not suitable for the public, I think they are images with
double standards and should not be presented at family times, this leaves a little condition for the
younger public. It is suggested that they be a bit more lively trying to fit in with the whole family
nucleus.

The duration of the commercial is very long and makes the audience bored and does not focus on
the general objective or its message. Too long that it produces boredom and you lose the sense of
what is offered. Many people offering the same product when it can be a more striking
commercial with only two or three people coming out to offer the product.

CONCLUSION
Collaborative work used as a didactic teaching strategy, different didactic approaches have been
proposed that incorporate elements of collaboration, and sometimes in combination with other
approaches, seeking to consolidate strategies that provide possible solutions to the problem.
