custom alive. Philippine folkdance is significant as they safeguard the Philippine culture and
give it to the future. They are a joining power to the Philippine public. Philippine folkdance
helps keep individuals associated with their family and their customs. This assists with
protecting the social solidarity of Filipinos.

Each public is characterized by, in addition to other things, its creative commitments
and accomplishments. The moves of a group may return hundreds or even millennia, gone
down through the ages. The support and additionally perception of these customs makes a

schedule. They are a spot to associate with loved ones, meet your neighbors, making new
companions

2. Did you experience folkdance? If yes, how was your experience? If no, would you like
to try it and why?

Folkdance is an individual excursion. I generally figure too that connecting with yourself
in a dance type would unquestionably carry you to places you have never been. Since I was
youthful, I have been in to folkdances. Everything began by mimicking animation shows,
down to activity tunes, inventive plays, and before I even appreciated contemporary,
unfamiliar folkdances or something like that, I met society dance. I wager, each Filipino in
the nation have had an encounter of society dancing, if not, might have seen one. They say
it is so natural of the Filipinos to dance; I would say, a piece of the Filipino's enthusiastic
mind is a cut that is either framed by dance or kept mum by development phrases. From
the dance celebrations of each district in its in excess of 7,000 islands to the customs of the
mountains and the places of worship, and even to the sacrosanct spaces of chapels, the
tranquil washrooms, and the implicit strangeness of dance club, there must be a moving
soul who once had that close second with a customary dance.

My first folkdance experience was the point at which I had the chance to dance
Tinikling. I was in Grade 1 then under the severe yet fun cudgel of our coach. From that
point forward, I have been stuck and consistently would be in wonder when I see an
individual or a gathering dance. It has been the kick off my passion in society hit the dance
floor with our coach as we contended in dance rivalries in our region. It made me feel proud
to perform folkdances, which also became a way for me to contribute to the preservation of
our culture and tradition amidst the emergence of different modern dances. In my own
perspective, performing folkdances are better than engaging in modern dances as I could
clearly say and shout, with my every dance move, that I am a proud Filipino and that I could
help strengthen the cultural foundation of our country.
