We wrote this guide to provide you with all the information you’ll need to confidently make
the decision of buying your own CUBO Home—from an overview of all our house models to
the materials and finishes you can choose from.
This guide will help clarify any questions you may have from the day you decide to live in a
sustainable and long-lasting engineered bamboo home to the day you move in. We’ll be
with you all the way!

Steps to Owning a CUBO Home
1. Choose the house kit that fit your needs.

You began your journey to becoming a CUBO Homeowner when you received this guide. If you’re building a family
home, carefully assess your current and future needs when choosing your house model. All our CUBO house kits
were designed to be upgradable through the addition of new units. You should also decide at this point if you
want to prepare your own foundation by finding your own local builder and then bring us in to install your home
(Kit & Install) or if you want us to find and assign you an available CUBO Partner Builder in your area (Kit & Build).
2. Request for a quotation at bit.ly/cuboquote

Once you’ve chosen your house kit, head over to bit.ly/cuboquote, submit your information and select your
chosen model. Once we’ve received your information, we’ll provide you a quotation as soon as possible along
with the complete Product Specifications document of your chosen model. You’ll also receive your Options
Selection Form that you’ll need to fill up to indicate your material and finish choices. If you chose to get upgrades
through your Options Selection Form, we’ll send you an additional quotation for your upgrades.
3. Confirm your order with a signature and a downpayment

Confirm the purchase of your CUBO Home by signing the Sales Quotation and paying your downpayment through
bank transfer or check payment. You may find our payment details at the next section. Once your payment is
confirmed, we’ll immediately prepare your Supply and Installation Contract. If you choose to work with a CUBO
Partner Builder via our Kit & Build service, we’ll coordinate with a builder in your area and prepare a more
comprehensive Supply and Installation Contract.
4. Engage with a builder who can prepare your site.

Once you’ve completed the purchase of your CUBO Home, it’s time to sit down with your builder to discuss the
prework that must be done to prepare your site for the arrival of your CUBO house kit. If you chose Kit & Install,
then you will be working with your own builder to do your groundworks and foundation. If you chose Kit & Build,
then you will be working with a CUBO Partner Builder assigned to you in your given area. Regardless of your
choice of builder, their fees will be separate from the purchase of your house kit. If you’re working with a CUBO
Partner Builder, we’ll schedule a site visit of your location prior to any work

5. Sign your documents and forward to docu@cubo.ph.

Sign your Supply and Installation Contract along with the agreement for your 50-year Lifetime Structural
Warranty that comes standard with your new CUBO Home. Then forward the signed documents to
docu@cubo.ph.
6. Apply for a building permit while we manufacture your house kit.

With the Supply and Installation Contract signed and sealed and with your chosen builder ready, we’ll forward
you all the supporting engineering documents you’ll need to apply for a local building permit. Meanwhile, we’ll
begin manufacturing your house kit in our factory. Once you’ve gotten a permission to build, your builder can
now start with the groundworks including your foundation and septic tank and connections to existing water
and electricity lines, if available. We will provide your builder with all the necessary design plans to accurately
prepare your site. Before we deliver your house kit to your assembly site, we’ll send a CUBO technical
representative to inspect your foundation and utility connections.
7. Wake up to Assembly Day!

A few months ago, you decided to buy your CUBO Home and the day you’ve been waiting for has arrived, today
is Assembly Day! Your dream home has arrived on site packaged as a kit complete with the main building
panels, all the assembly components, and complete and clear assembly plans and instructions to ensure a
successful build.
8. Move into your dream home.

Congratulations! You are now officially a CUBO Homeowner! We’ll hand over to you the keys to your brand
new CUBO and we’ll leave you to enjoy the comfort and safety of the home you’ve been dreaming of. If you
encounter any structural issues covered in your Lifetime Structural Warranty in the next 50 years, we’ll be there
to help you for free. That’s a guarantee!
But…this is only the beginning of your great life, as your family grows or your needs change, it will be our
pleasure to help you expand your CUBO Home. For now, enjoy the CUBO life!

50-year Lifetime Structural Warranty
The day we hand over to you the keys to your new CUBO Home, we’re committing ourselves to providing you the
support you’ll need for the next 50 years should any structural issues arise with your home. This is our
commitment to you as a CUBO Homeowner, so, relax and know that you’re moving into a home that’s meant to
last for generations!
Coverage
Your 50-year Lifetime Structural Warranty begins on the date of purchase of your house kit from CUBO as
stated in your Sales Contract. Your Lifetime Structural Warranty provides protection during the 50-year warranty
term against structural defects to the designated load-bearing elements of your home.
The designated load-bearing elements that are covered under your warranty are limited to the following items:
1. Engineered bamboo floor framing systems
2. Engineered bamboo load-bearing wall and partition framing systems
3. Engineered bamboo roof framing systems
4. Engineered bamboo beams and girders
5. Engineered bamboo columns
Damage to the non-load-bearing elements of your home is not a structural defect. The following is a non-
exclusive list of non-load-bearing elements that are not covered under your warranty:
1. Any type of flooring and subflooring materials
2. Any type of exterior siding
3. Any type of interior siding
4. Non-load bearing walls and partitions
5. Any type of roofing and subroofing materials
6. Plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
