We contacted each other on facebook and formed a group a month ago.

However we started making

reports on May 4th and exchanging information via messenger. We created office 365 so that each
individual can post, other members can edit.

Initially, I was a person who rarely actively communicated and the new transfer caused a bit of
embarrassment in the communication between me and everyone in the class, so I did not actively look
for members. After that I felt lucky to be invited by Van.I am the planner for the report, I am responsible
for the indo part, Yen is in charge of the China part. Toàn was responsible for the South African part.

Because 3 parts of the 3 countries in the report need to be synchronous, I proactively gave an outline:
tax incentives, labor costs, political stability, exchange rate risks, epidemics. I have sent to messenger
asking if everyone has any comments or ideas about the outline

Although I gave the frame, the other members did not respond and contribute to the report. I was
looking forward to hearing from them and also worried because we might be behind schedule.
Sometimes I wanted to speak up to urge them however, I was very shy when I had to do this, I think that
the urge will make the members uncomfortable and create unnecessary conflicts that affect the Internal
solidarity, so I decided to keep quiet and the outline design was delayed until May 6.

During the process, I felt that the group was discrete and lacked interaction among the members. Others
give little or no feedback and always give reasons to delay deadlines. I think it is due to indifference as
well as disagreement and I regret that this mentality affects work efficiency as well as productivity. Also
due to this lack of interaction, I have to take on quite a bit of the report because if I continue to
procrastinate I won't be able to finish and lose my points.

Through this assigment, I realized that working with members with positive attitudes is very important
to work results because an individual's shortcomings improve with interaction and contribution. of the
other members and the result will be a lot better when everyone works together. As for myself, I admit
that my flaws is I did not assert and urge people to complete assignments earlier. Shyness is a barrier to
me in group work sessions. I wish I could improve this defect in the future. In addition, I also learned
from the experience that I should proactively look for like-minded members from the beginning instead
of waiting to be invited to a group that I don't have prior understanding about the attitudes of the
members.
