- Reviewed processes, identifying areas that required improvement
- Designed improvements to equipment to optimize worker productivity with 80% in
monthly
- Oversaw all engineering operations for company with $ 1.7 Billion in yearly revenue
- Increased 88.34% Naphtha Based Production from Debutanizer Column, Hydro Skimming
Complex

2. Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Migas (PPSDM) Cepu – 2019 – Internship
- Conducted research to test analyze feasibility, design, operation, and performance of
equipment
- Recommended design modifications to eliminate 50% steam cost at Evaporator equipment
- Prepared cost estimate, schedules and project specifications for 1 year

3. Refinery Engineering Department PEM – 2018 ~ 2019 – Laboratory Assistant

- Protected equipment and workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversaw items in inventory and reordered before supplies diminished, every 2 week
- Coached Oil and Gas Process Equipment practicum team for 2 semesters

- Identified samples of products for further analysis and standardized testing every 8 hours
