Self-evaluation:

What worked well?

I think I had a clear plan that was followed and adapted, when needed, for it to
conform to the genre conventions of a magazine such as having a large sans-
serif bold masthead at the top. I also chose a colour palette that consisted of
white, black, red and yellow to avoid my front cover looking overcrowded,
which could be overwhelming for the audience.
What didn’t work well?
 My main image could have been edited with more care as when I zoom
into the picture, I can see bits of where the green screen was not cut out
entirely
 Perhaps, the typography of my cover lines could have been less “blocky”
as it may have been hard to read for some people
How can I make it better?
I can make my front cover better by rethinking some choices such as the
typography used throughout the front cover and by taking more care when it
comes to not only editing an image, but also selecting one.
