    Notice of product field upgrade

    Garaventa Liftech AG has identified certain models of Rigert inclined platforms that
    require an upgrade. The upgrade must be installed by a factory authorized technician and
    is being provided, free of charge. The upgrade is required to prevent any harm or injury.
    We have not been able to identify the location of all lifts. To check if your lift requires the
    update, please contact our Service Center via email info@garaventalift.ch or
    +41 41 854 78 80 by indicating the serial number and full address of the unit.
    Measures taken: A Technician will need approximately 2 hours on an operational unit to
    complete the work. Garaventa Lift or their representative will not be performing any other
    service, maintenance or alterations other than that specified by the manufacturer for the
    upgrade.
