ORDER

A Letter dated August 20__ was submitted to this Court by Social

Worker In-, RSW, duly noted by Chief of Hospital III A. V, MD, of
Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, Camp , , ,
informing the Court that accused has completed his six (6) months In-
Patient Residential Program of drug treatment and rehabilitation and
recommended the temporary discharge of the accused/patient to the Jail
Warden of city District Jail, .

WHEREFORE, The Jail Warden of the District Jail, City/the Chief of

Police, PNP Station, , is hereby ordered to fetch the said accused, , from
the Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, Camp City,
upon receipt of this Order for purposes of obtaining the necessary
clearances or to serve remaining sentences, if any.

In accordance with the memorandum issued by the DILG to prevent

the spread of COVID-19, the accused is hereby ordered to undergo
mandatory COVID-19 testing and to self-imposed 14-day quarantine as
required by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF).

The accused is also ordered to report to the Anti-Drug Abuse Council,

City as soon as the situation allows, for his After-Care and Follow Up
Treatment pursuant to R.A. 9165. The accused is also forewarned that
failure on his part to comply with the Order of the Court would
consequently lead to issuance of warrant for his arrest.
