AutoPak is a company which consists of IOT experts who are determined to change the lifestyle of the
people of Pakistan via automation. Our goal is to become the first company in Pakistan that does home
automation in cheaper rates accessible by the common public.
Mission Statement:
Our company’s goal is to automate every home/office/industry in Pakistan. We want to promote a new
and advanced way of living in the country which not only facilitates the people but also helps in saving
the resources.
Headquarters:
Our headquarter would be based in the biggest city of the country, Karachi. Despite of being the biggest
city, Karachi is also the economic hub of the country, all the equipment that we need are easily available
in the city and it’s people can be a great market for our startup.
Marketing Team:
Initially we’ll hire a medium level marketing firm which could sufficiently promote our start-up via social
media platforms. After that, we’ll introduce the concept of brand ambassadors and hire influencers to
for our marketing.
Competitive Analysis:
In Pakistan, currently there is no competition in the home automation industry. Most of the people
don’t even know about it. So, there is a huge change of success as the home automation market is
currently an open field. We just need to satisfy our customers by providing them reliable services.

Target Market:
Smart homes are very popular in the west but unfortunately in Pakistan there are no companies that
offer this facility. Therefore, people who are inspired with the west would be most interested in buying
our services. So, our initial target would be the upper class (well off and well educated people) as they
are capable to spend on home automation. Later on, after earning enough capital we’ll try to cover the
middle class masses as well.
Buying Cycle:
Mostly when constructing or furnishing their homes buyers can buy our services. Otherwise, we can
attract them and motivate them to automate their homes.
We use IOT to automate anything that our client wants. From lighting to doors and from security to
kitchen. There is no other company that can provide such a wide variety of automation features in
Pakistan’s market. Apart from that, we are using RUST language as our main programming language
which would not only make our hardware more efficient but also help us to save budget on buying
memory units to save and run the code.
Brand:
Our brand is known as a part of the construction industry as we mostly approach our clients during the
construction phase of their homes/offices but we want it to perceive as a tech company which is there
to technologically advance your home or workplace.
Website:
We are working on providing dynamic pricing for the customer as well as including a chat bot feature
based on AI which can guide our clients on choosing the best package and services. We’ll also launch a
mobile version of our website as most of the people use mobile phone for surfing the internet. Our
Android and IOS apps are also in the pipeline.
Marketing Channels:
Content Marketing:
We will use tech magazines, YouTube and newspapers to reach our customers and explain our product
to them. We’ll educate them about the importance of IOT and how can it help them to save their
precious time and money.
Social Media Marketing:
Social media marketing is the most important aspect of marketing in the current era. We’ll use
Facebook/Instagram sponsorships to promote our social media accounts and eventually our products.
Email Marketing:
Initially we don’t have plans for email marketing since people in Pakistan don’t use email very often. And
the email apps filter such mails in the social/spam section so it would be a waste of resources.
We have set a target to cover 1000 homes in our first quarter. For that we’ll have a weekly check of
performance and successful operations. Our current team is capable of attaining such number, all we
need is good market to get the clients. Here we’ll use SMART KPI. The work SMART is itself short form
for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time focused.
Later on, our KPI will be shared with all the stakeholders so that everyone should have a clear idea that
what we want from them and where do we want to end after this first quarter.
We’ll use social media marketing to increase the reach of our product

We’ll hire bloggers and influencers to market our product.
Our product is not only a vital step towards technology, but also towards sustainable growth.
We’ll this fact to gain popularity among the masses.
We’ll install IOT bases street lamps and security cameras in most busy routes of the city (with
the permission of the government) to showcase the benefits than people could earn from IOT.
