This course introduces you to the essentials of Project Monitoring & Evaluation.
II Course Objectives:
The key to measuring and reporting success is to focus on the main foundations of any project. These
Are – timescale, resource, quality and scope. Once you have understood these, and put in place
Measures to enable their management, you need to look at the fifth aspect; performance analysis.
Project performance monitoring and control are areas on which one should spend a significant
Amount of time. To monitor a project, you need to measure its success against established
performance benchmarks or parameters.
If we cannot measure…we cannot manage. As a management responsibility, monitoring & Evaluation
activity provides the basic building blocks of decision-making, for strategic planning and resource
mobilization. It is a key measurement activity in our efforts at achieving organizational effectiveness
and success.

others and properly cited. More guidance will be provided in this matter, as necessary.

Monitor Outcomes
X. Final Project:
Make a group of 2-3 members.
Choose a manufacturing firm or company and explain the Marketing management process of your
selected organization.
Get approval from the course instructor before working on project.
Make a video of the whole manufacturing process of the firm.
Project report must contain following sections: (maximum 15 pages)
1. Title Page
2. Table of Contents
3. Executive Summary (1 Page)
4. Introduction of the company (1 page)
5. Mission, Vision and Objectives (1 Page)
6. References

In case a student is found involved in cheating/plagiarism (of any form, type or kind), the offender
may be:
Expelled/Rusticated from the Business School and/or from joining any institution of Higher
Education in Pakistan.
Relegated to a lower class.
Given a failure grade in the subject.
Fined an amount as deemed appropriate.
Carry out social responsibility activity.
Any other penalty as recommended by Disciplinary Action Committee.
