ENERGY PLATFORM
FT10 CALIBRATION
INTRODUCTION TO THE CALIBRATION PROCESS
THREE CALIBRATION LEVELS

▪ Level 0 – Periodic safety check

▪ Level 1 – Touchscreen calibration
▪ Level 2 – Energy calibration

TOUCH SCREEN VERIFICATION & CALIBRATION
TWO-STEP PROCESS

▪ Touchscreen verification only. If you can verify all 19 target points, there is no
need to do a calibration.
▪ If you do a touchscreen calibration, you must also perform a verification
▪ The generator will shut down and restart during the calibration process
▪ Do NOT power down the generator in the middle of a calibration or verification
▪ Here is the path to the touchscreen calibration or verification

ENERGY CALIBRATION
BASIC INFORMATION

▪ Path to Energy Calibration is shown on next slide.

▪ No need to do an energy calibration unless you replace the RF
PCBA. The sensors are very stable.
▪ No need to do an energy calibration when you replace the
Controller PCBA because it pulls the information from the other
boards.
▪ Only two loads needed for this calibration: 5 Ω and 5 kΩ
▪ Follow on-screen instructions
