The four welding assignments are critical in enabling the students regain proficiency in their welding skills
after the twelve (12) week summer break.

Assessment will include the drawing (provided), the Bill of Material (on the drawing), and the WPS created
from the drawing. Parts must be produced and shown to the Instructor prior to tack welding the assembly
together. After tack welding the assembly, again instructor inspection is required. Each process may be
welding machine dependent, based on availability. The assignment should be handed into the Instructor
for grading in the same week it started, i.e. start on Monday hand in on Friday.

Feedback (Review) will be administered on an individual basis after marking to ensure an effective learning
cycle.
