Dysperce Dye Printing

Dysperce dyes can be used to great effect in transfer prints. The dysperce dye
colours will appear dull on the paper, only giving the full colour once they have been
activated by heat. Its best to play around with the dysperce papers to give a good
indication of the final result.

What you will need,

Dysperce papers
Plain paper
Paper Scissors
Pencil and Rubber
Ruler
Glue
Fabric – polyester and synthetic (for printing on to)

 For a darker richer colour, it is advised to continue for another 90 minutes,

once timer rings, lift lever and then press down again.

 Lift lever after timer rings, swing hot plate to the side away from leads
 Carefully remove greaseproof paper and lift your design to reveal your fabric
print.

You can then cut your fabric design out using fabric scissors and applique
onto other fabrics.
