Styrofoam Printing

You will need,


Sheets of Styrofoam
Pencil and Rubber
Ruler
Paper Scissors
Paint palette tray
Ink paint or acrylic paint in different colours
Paint brush
Fabric

Let us get started,


1. Decide on a design
2. Cut the Styrofoam to the correct size
3. Using a pencil, draw on the Styrofoam your design, and the areas of the
design you do not want printed on the fabric, you can use your pencil to press
down to flatten to reveal your design

4. Once you are happy with your print, using a roller, roll some paint from your
paint palette, then roll over the Styrofoam

5. Take your print and turn upside down and press on top of fabric
6. Use a clean roller and roll over the Styrofoam so the paint is evenly spread on
to the fabric
7. Peel back the Styrofoam to reveal your design print
8. Set aside to dry
