Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
I feel that the greatest interest that I have achieved has been my career in
psychology is the most important factor in my motivation. It has been my biggest
challenge. In my work the recognition always been present, and I have supported
many people in their life. My career has given me the independence of being able
to have a job in which I am my own boss. Money has never been an impediment to
achieve my projects, many times with little investment I have achieved great deals.
I feel with the security to keep going despite adversity. Currently, in my lifestyle I
have learned that you can live with simple things that have made me happy. I
know that the competence in my career has always been heavy but it has not
prevented me from getting ahead and it is that with the support of my family and
relationships many doors have been opened achieving a variety for everything that
I have been able to achieve in life.
