the Philippines the ICS in the country was determine the effectivity during the super typhoon
Lawin in the year 2016 happened in Luzon hence the ICS in the country start during the ASEAN
– US in the cooperation of the MDRRMC trough the Office of the Civil Defense pilot testing
happened in the country in the year 2003 up to 2012 conducting thru different meeting with 32

2. How ICS works in relation to terrorism incidents?
