Introduction-

Upasana, a clothing company is a place where creativity, fashion, design, Indian


culture, business, social responsibility and spiritual progress get woven seamlessly
together.

Upasana’s mission is to create conscious sustainable fashion whilst taking care of


the environment. For Upasana design is creative, problem-solving. Any problem,
be it post-tsunami trauma, farmer suicides, garbage littering, weavers losing their
jobs, they look at social issues as a space to exercise for change. Out of real
problems the following projects were born:

 Clothing should never be made at a cost of the environment or people who


make it, is what they strongly believe in. Their collections are made out of
organic cotton, khadi, and handcrafted with block prints, indigo hues, hand
embroidery, Ikat, and patchwork.

As Upasana always focus on sustainable clothing they attract their customers by
making them aware of organic products which are safe for environment as well.

Upasana consult their customers by contacting them from email marketing,


Tele- messaging, by social media posts. They always make sure to provide
every possible aspects of selling their products and receive satisfactions from
the customers. They connect the design philosophy to business direction in their
whole essence. An ideal philosophy can be supported with a healthy business
decision.

Adding all the appropriate behavior in experiential marketing they always keep
updated themselves from the new sustainable trends which to know their
customers at a very first priority. Upsana believes in making their customer
experience the most reliable and good services which leads to a great height.

By adding and taking feedbacks by customers, they never give a not so good
experience by any kind as they believe customer’s good experience is the prior
